For security purposes, you must sign up for PIV in person at your student's school. A photo ID is required. Listed below are scheduled times that PIV logins will be issued. If none of these scheduled times meet your needs, you can sign up at your student's school during regular office hours.
1. Student Schedule Pickup Days in mid-August
2. Student Information Days in mid-August
3. Back to School Open House (late August/ early September)
4. Parent/Teacher Conference Days in November
Please note, once you receive your letter containing your login and password, please keep your letter in a safe place to refer to if you forget your login or password. Another "in-person" visit to your student's school will be required to retrieve this information
As soon as you receive your login and password, you may access the PIV webpage and acquaint yourself with all the available features. You may also set up your email notifications.
Students' grades and assignments will be available to view shortly after Labor Day each school year.
